Before the grapes appear, there is anticipation.

The vineyard grows slowly, following its own rhythm, preparing to become landscape, fragrance, season.

Then the view opens up.
From the green of the rows to the playground, where nature meets smiles, movement, lightness.

Here, everything seems to have its own pace.
And every space tells a different way of feeling well.

Prima ancora dell’uva, c’è l’attesa.

La vigna cresce piano, segue il suo tempo, si prepara a diventare paesaggio, profumo, stagione.

Poi lo sguardo si apre.
Dal verde dei filari al parco giochi, dove la natura incontra i sorrisi, il movimento, la leggerezza.

Qui tutto sembra avere il suo ritmo.
E ogni spazio racconta un modo diverso di stare bene.

🌹 Our rose garden lives beside the pool, among the red and yellow of the flowers, between the light and the greenery that surrounds the residence.

Here, nature does not remain outside.
It enters the spaces, accompanies them, makes them feel more alive.

And sometimes, all it takes is a rose, in the right place, to remind us how simple beauty can be.

Ci sono dettagli che non chiedono attenzione.
La ricevono.

🌹 Il nostro roseto vive accanto alla piscina, tra il rosso e il giallo dei fiori, tra la luce e il verde che avvolge il residence.

La natura qui non resta fuori.
Entra negli spazi, li accompagna, li rende più vivi.

E a volte basta una rosa, nel posto giusto, per ricordarci quanto può essere semplice la bellezza.

Manca poco ai primi tuffi, ai pomeriggi lunghi, all’acqua che si muove piano sotto il sole di maggio.

Le risate dei bambini riempiono l’aria.
Si muovono tra gli spazi aperti, si mescolano al verde, restano leggere.

Qui il tempo si allarga, i giochi continuano senza fretta.
La libertà ha il suo posto. E quando succede, si capisce subito di essere nel posto giusto.

A volte basta alzare lo sguardo per vedere con maggior chiarezza.

Il nostro residence si lascia avvolgere dal verde, segue il paesaggio, ne diventa parte.
I tetti raccolgono la luce e la trasformano in energia che alimenta la struttura.

Sono piccoli segni di luce,
