We are creating private wine tours in Valpolicella Italy with wine tastings at local vineyards and exclusive restaurants.

Where you are able to taste the best wines of the world, Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto. We create wine tours in the local cantina's where you meet the wine producers personally, see the process of making wines and experiencing a short moment into the life of the wine maker. Touring also in exclusive restaurants, with food and wine pairings, making cooking lessons of the local cuisine

for private or larger groups and pairing these wonderful foods with the local wines. If sleeping accommodations are required this also can be arranged in local B&B's or hotels. Also available are excursions to local sites of historical value and interest.

Vini e Vita insieme con ristorante Ai Torcoli presenta la cantina MONTE SANTOCCIO situata a meta' collina tra Marano di Valpolicella e Fumane.
Abbiamo creato questo menu' tenendo presente l'abbinamento dei vini secondo le loro caratteristiche:

Ai Torcoli con Cantina Corte Fornaledo

Grazie tutti chi arrivata, 21,giunio. Che bella serata. Facciamo un altra venerdi 5 luglio con il vino Corte Fornaledo. Un piccolo vineyard ma buonisimo. E menu anche top il mondo ancora, che fantastica questa chef de Ai Torcoli. Ce vediamo Ai Torcoli. Thanks to all who arrived at the wine dinner Ai torcoli 21 june It was a fantastic evening. We will be making another on 5 July with a small wine producer Corte Fornaledo but a fantastic flavor, rich from the soils of Valpolicella. And the menu for this evening is fantastic the chef from Ai torcoli is a artist in her own. wow!! We hope to see you all there. Ciao Bill Call for reservations . The seating is limited.....
