Our travel experiences can last from one day to the whole week and have different themes according to guests interests and needs: from organic wine tastings to cheese making lessons, from “slow food” cooking courses to local handicraft, from sustainable cashmere to olive oil tastings, not missing visits to local villages and art centers, hikes in the nature and lots of time around the table, sharing stories and experiences.

Yesterday we had the incredible pleasure of taking part in Chianti Collection 2026 — and what a day it was. One of the major wine events for Chianti Classico wines in Tuscany.

We had the privilege of tasting tank samples presented as previews by the producers, side by side with their current releases — a rare look at what’s yet to come.

Each sample told a story of love, patience, and passionate hands at work. There’s something deeply moving about experiencing a wine before it even meets the bottle — raw, authentic, alive.

We hugged old friends, met inspiring producers, and shared laughs and great stories with them.

Days like this remind us why we do what we do. This land isn’t just a destination — it’s a living, breathing world made of people, traditions, and heart.

And we would love for you to be part of it.

We just spent two unforgettable days in a cozy mountain refuge with the entire KM Zero Tours team, celebrating the end of an incredible season. 🔥

From savoring traditional Tuscan recipes like ribollita, Florentine steak, tortelli mugellani, and roasted chestnuts, to sharing local wines by the fire, every moment was pure joy.

We explored charming mountain villages, enjoyed breathtaking hikes, and, most importantly, laughed a lot and created special memories together! 😄 These days reminded us why we do what we do: connecting people, cultures, and the genuine soul of Tuscany in the most authentic way.

A huge thank you to all our collaborators and to all of the wonderful guests who joined us this year — you made 2025 truly special! 💛

Did you say olio nuovo? Yes please !
🤗 Attending a great festival in all focused about new olive oil and other late treasures, from strictly Tuscan fettunta from several different olive farms to 'castagnaccio' chestnut cake, without missing professional olive oil tastings, local amazing wines and lots of great live music.
