Taormina
Taormina is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Sicily, renowned for its beauty and historical heritage. Castelmola
Castelmola is a small village that sits on a hill above Taormina. It is famous for its panoramic views that stretch from Mount Etna to the coast. The atmosphere here is quiet and authentic, with its narrow cobbled streets and the central square dominated by the remains of the medieval castle. One of Castelmola's most curious traditions is its almond wine, served in many local bars, including the famous Bar Turrisi, also known for its eccentric decor.
Savoca
Savoca is perhaps less well-known, but it is a real gem, made famous by the film "The Godfather" by Francis Ford Coppola, who shot some of the most iconic scenes there.
