Most people give Milan one day and leave thinking they may have missed something🤔
They generally do...😥

Not because the city is too big, but because without a plan, you spend three hours walking and two more in the wrong queue.

We wrote the itinerary that fixes that. ↓
🏰 Castello Sforzesco where da Vinci actually worked
🎨 Leonardo's Last Supper (and why you MUST prebook)
🛍️ Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, the world's most beautiful mall
🏛️ The Duomo (and why it took 579 years to finish)

Swipe to see the full map of the day, check out this week's blog post to read what not to miss when in Milan!

We didn't plan this. We really didn't.

There we were in Verona, city of Romeo and Juliet and the most romantic streets in Italy...

and Spiderman showed up flying our flag.

At this point we're not even surprised. Good taste is universal apparently, even across fictional universes🙃

If the guy who swings between skyscrapers chose Verona, maybe it's time you did too! 🕷️

Our Verona, Sirmione & Lake Garda Tour takes you through two of Northern Italy's most beautiful stops 😍 the fairy-tale peninsula of Sirmione on Lake Garda and the romantic streets of Verona, all in one day with a local tour leader who (probably) won't show up in a spiderman suit. Probably...

💬 Would you trust a tour that Spiderman (!) personally endorses? We think yes.

📌 Link in bio to book! before he swings in and takes your spot😀

Italy is full of stories! This one comes from Genoa!

During a British air raid in 1941, a large bomb broke through the roof of Genoa's cathedral and landed inside the church. It never exploded.

The bomb was enormous. Historians agree that if it had detonated, much of the cathedral would have been destroyed, and everything around it with it. The people of Genoa called it a miracle. And rather than removing it and moving on, they kept it. The bomb is still inside the cathedral today, preserved exactly as a reminder of what almost happened.

There is something quietly powerful about a city that keeps the evidence of its own near-destruction on display. Not exactly as a war monument, more like a thank you note to luck, or faith, or both.

💬 Would you visit a cathedral knowing a WWII bomb is still sitting inside it? Does that make it more meaningful or is it unsettling?

📌 Save this!
Genoa is one of Italy's most underrated cities and most people walk straight past stories like this one.
