Hi everybody!

Today a beautiful half moon shine over the Europe (but here it's cloudy...so...anyway...), and it's time for updates!

The past week a PSLF delegation attended the ESA's Space Propulsion 2012 conference, in Bordeaux, France.

Together with our colleagues from the PSGF team, we presented a couple of papers on the ESMO propulsion system. We are glad to tell you that the presentation were a success, and our audience shown interest about our project.

More relevant, during the conference we had the opportunity to speak with representatives of some major companies, getting some important results. We hope to be able to provide you some further details on this topic soon!

We also felt a broad interest of high-level personalities from companies and agencies in enhancing the knowledge transfer from the present generation of engineers to the new one. Various speeches underlined this need.
With a pool of hundreds of students currently working on it, we think that ESMO is more than an unique opportunity for seeing this vision actually materialized.

Eccoci, qualche giorno dopo, a ti**re le fila della partecipazione del team PSLF all'AstronautiCON 6.

Che dire...un successo!!
Nella bellissima cornice del Planetario di Lecco, l'esposizione del team PSLF è riuscito ad affascinare tecnici e non, dimostrando ancora una volta che la Luna è il sogno segreto di molti.

Numerosi gli incontri di spessore, primo tra tutti il lungo colloquio tra i membri del team ed una simpaticissima Sandy Magnus, ospite d'onore della conferenza.

Non dimenticate di dare un'occhiata alle foto!

Un ringraziamento a tutti i partecipanti del nostro team ed all'insostituibile sostegno del Politecnico di Milano e di D-Orbit srl.
Un grazie particolare va al Gruppo Astrofili DEEP Space di Lecco ed all'Italian Space and Astronautic Association per l'impeccabile organizzazione dell'evento.

Infine, vorremmo salutare gli amici dei team Skyward e Diana, che ci hanno tenuto compagnia durante i due giorni.
Speriamo davvero di collaborare in futuro con questi straordinari ragazzi. Date un'occhiata a quello che fanno, è davvero fantastico!

Domani grande opportunità per il team e per il progetto! Si svolgerà a Lecco la convention AstronautiCON6. Saremo presenti con uno stand a presentare ESMO, con la possibilità di interagire con aziende del settore. Se avete un po' di tempo veniteci a trovare. :-)
