Cantina di Franco Italian Foodie Project , from Modena Hi , I'm Franco. Gourmet, foodie and flavour tradition lover. My goal and my mission is to spread Modena food culture.

I analized for more than 30 years our gastronomy world with link with the original and authentic protagonists , the producers. We deal with all the best food treasures of Modena, more than 35 different products. Now I decided to share my knowledge with all the gourmet and foodies all over the world. We are studying a new project to give everybody the opportunity to taste our incomparable food by

the creation of a combination of the right products for a whole menu. This to allow you a sensorial experience of the best food in the world.
