Inside the Villa: Inside, Villa Modica, is modern and comfortable. It comes with a fireplace, Smart TV with Netflix , screens on windows and 4 air conditioned bedrooms. Fifth bedroom has cooling fans.

Maid service or a cook for an original Sicilian meal can be arranged at the time of booking.

At the villa we have a secure full size play ground of 140 sq meters for the children to enjoy with lots of toys, plus Netflix for movies and children entertainment ..The Villa is located on a strategic point: this part of Sicily has an abundance of art, archaeology, history, breathtaking scenery and of course wonderful food to offer. You will certainly be inspired by the brilliance and beauty of the town, by the stunning, secluded beaches, tranquil vineyards, ancient olive groves. And you can also explore Mount Etna, the greatest volcano of Europe, Catania, a splendid city lying between Etna and the Ionian Sea, Syracuse, with its temples, its Greek Theatre and Roman Amphitheatre, and its Ear of Dionysius, Ragusa, with its traces of human settlements dating from as early as the 3rd millennium BC. Or, if you prefer something really breathtaking, why not go to Agrigento and see the Valley of the Temples?Anyway, the list of wonders that are waiting for you is too long to be written here.
