iano estate, with a notable history being once owned by the family of Napoleon Bonaparte & inhabited by his niece Princess Maria Alessandra Bonaparte. The villa offers extreme comfort, curated with artistic touches, a colourful blend of contemporary furniture and antiques, and filled with luxury amenities such as a cinema room, ecological underfloor cooling / heating, a double jacuzzi bath, a steam shower, a gym, an al fresco cooking area with large pizza oven and built in barbecue and a very well equipped and spacious cook's kitchen. The fan-shaped pool is set in an impeccably maintained lawn, with endless views of a gently rolling landscape.
