This beautiful country property is immersed in the verdant hills around Florence, an ideal retreat for country lovers seeking beautiful countryside and tranquillity. We let the beautifully converted and restored barn near the house of about 100 square metres. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house (whe

re the owners live) on an approximately half-acre estate the whole property is fenced in harmony with the nature. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen which leads into a luminous sitting room with fireplace and large windows looking over the view, both rooms lead out onto patios where it is possible to eat surrounded by greenery while admiring the spectacular panorama. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom with shower cabin. Both bedrooms have a view, the larger has a double bed with an additional single bed, the other has two single beds. The swimming pool is reserved for guests as is the garden with garden furniture and umbrellas. Private parking facilities for two cars. The house lies between Montelupo Fiorentino and Montespertoli; the easiest approach is from Montelupo which is easily reached using the fast dual carriageway (FI.PI.L.) which is also a fast link to Florence, Pisa, Siena and Leghorn. There are good shops and restaurants nearby both in Montelupo and Montespertoli. This is an excellent location for art lovers being within easy reach of all the major Tuscan art centres., the nearest being:
