Sometimes the best part of travelling isn’t just seeing the landmark.
It’s finding the viewpoint that makes you stop for a moment and simply take it all in.
I think this might be the best view of the Colosseum.

Ever seen someone painting time?

At first glance, it looks like a worker is inside Amsterdam Schiphol Airport’s famous clock, carefully painting the minute hand before wiping it away and starting again. But it’s all an illusion.

The installation, Schiphol Clock, was created by Dutch artist Maarten Baas. He spent 12 hours inside the clock, filming himself painting and erasing the hands minute by minute. The footage is seamlessly looped, creating the mesmerising illusion of a living clock that’s always keeping perfect time.

It’s one of those unexpected travel moments that reminds you to slow down and look a little closer. Sometimes the most memorable attraction in an airport isn’t a shop or a lounge, it’s a piece of art.

Sometimes the destination isn’t the highlight.
It’s the moment you round a corner and find a tiny chapel perched on an alpine ridge, with nothing but mountains, fresh air, and silence in every direction.

Switzerland has a way of turning the unexpected into the unforgettable.

It’s hard to believe places like this are real.

One quiet hillside, an old alpine cabin, and views that stretch for miles. Switzerland isn’t just beautiful, it’s peaceful in a way that’s difficult to put into words.

More than just a beautiful building.

The magnificent Église du Dôme, with its gold dome, has dominated the Paris skyline for over 300 years. Built as the royal chapel of the Les Invalides complex under King Louis XIV, it later became the final resting place of Napoleon Bonaparte, whose impressive tomb lies beneath the dome.
One of Paris’ most impressive landmarks, where history, architecture, and legacy come together.

You could walk straight past this entrance and never know what’s inside.

Hidden between Place de la Madeleine and Rue Royale, Le Village Royal is one of Paris’ most beautiful hidden passages. Lined with luxury boutiques, cafés, and spectacular seasonal floral displays, it’s proof that some of the city’s best discoveries are often hiding in plain sight.

Would you add this to your Paris itinerary?

Walking through Paris on the 14th of July, the Arc de Triomphe feels even more powerful. Built to honour those who fought for France and home to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, it becomes an even more meaningful place on France’s National Day.

Early wake-ups. Long days. Countless kilometres.

The travel industry isn’t all sightseeing & sipping cocktails. It’s early alarms, long days, and making sure every detail comes together so others can simply enjoy the journey.

The best part is having the privilege of helping people create memories they’ll never forget.

Think Canary Wharf is all suits and skyscrapers? Think again. Hidden between the towers is a food truck park serving street food from around the world. It’s the perfect lunch stop if you’re exploring London’s Docklands. Which food truck would you try first?
