How to arrive there? Just fly to Catania and rent a small car. Or you can fly to Palermo (2.5 hours away), or you can even fly to Rome and rent a car there, and drive cross all south Italy in 9 hours. You will see Napoli, the Vesuvio, Pompei and in 9 hours you will be in Noto.
