ENG: We are Angelina and Rossella, two passionate Sardinian sisters literally in love with Italian Wine and Food traditions, who decided to dedicate their live to share the beauty and uniqueness of the authentic Italian Gourmet Culture. We was born in a tiny house in front of the Como Lake, were we spent our childhood breathing the calmness and the magic of that stunning place. We were still two little girls when our parents, who were born in Sardinia, decided it was time to go back to the Island, so we started making Sardnian handmade pasta and sweets very early :)! Our lives have flowed very fast since then, among perfumed summers in the family olive grove and vineyards, waiting for the best wind to harvest the olives, making wine with nonno and preserved delicious dry tomatoes with nonna. Angelina attained her Master degree in Gourmet and Quality Food at the University of Florence, after that she has had the chance to work as a quality consultant for a company that used to work with so many different food producers. After many years working in the field, she decided to put these experiences to use and founded her own company, Sardinia Flavour, which aim is to make people all over the world know and taste the most precious and traditional delicacies from Sardinia and Italy. The work with Sardinia Flavour allowed Angelina to get in touch with the most traditional laboratories and the best Italian food artisans, as well as the best Italian wineries, the ones you are going to meet and visit during our tours. And what about Rossella? Rossella specialized in Tourism and Management at the University of Oristano, before starting the Italian Flavours adventure she has worked in the fine hotellerie field and as a beverage consultant for important clubs and lounges, she is also a great bartender and a sommelier. After an important work experience abroad she decided to come back to Italy to embrace the Italian Flavours Project. Oh, wait...we are both crazy globettretters too! Very interested in knowing new cultures and traditions. This has led us to visit half the World, but we still lack the other half :).
