🇮🇹 Con il gruppo avevamo organizzato una giornata a Oliena con pranzo dal pastore e preparazione del formaggio, ma conoscendoli un po’ meglio ho pensato che avremmo potuto aggiungere qualcosa che facesse davvero al caso loro.
E così un pranzo dal pastore si è trasformato in un pranzo dal pastore con musica tradizionale dal vivo, grazie all’arrivo dei Tenores di Oliena.
Quando organizzo una giornata non mi limito a mettere insieme quello che mi viene richiesto. Cerco di capire chi ho davanti, cosa gli piace e che tipo di Sardegna vorrebbe conoscere. Poi, quando posso, faccio qualche proposta in più.
Questa volta l’ho tenuta segreta fino all’ultimo.
🇬🇧 We had planned a day in Oliena with the group, including lunch with a local shepherd and a cheese-making experience. But once I got to know them a little better, I thought we could add something that would really suit them.
And so, a traditional lunch with a shepherd turned into a traditional lunch with live Sardinian music, thanks to the arrival of the Tenores of Oliena.
When I plan a day, I don’t simply put together what I’ve been asked for. I try to understand the people I’m with, what they enjoy and what kind of Sardinia they would like to experience. Then, whenever I can, I add a few ideas of my own.
This time, I kept this one a secret until the very end.
