Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to take part in a textile and weaving workshop at . From preparing the warp to chaining it, we were guided through every stage of the process, learning four different weaving techniques, including the beautiful and intricate “fiocco,” which quickly became our favorite.
The experience taught us more than just technique; it showed us the patience, focus, and dedication required to both weave and unweave. We left with a deeper appreciation for the time and craftsmanship behind every tapestry, bag, and scarf - each one a true work of art.
