between the old discrict of borgo vecchio and via della libertà the most elegant street of Palermo.
🎯This is an exclusive residential area within walking distance from the city center rich in bars, restaurants, shops and important museums and monuments.
🛏️The apartment is on the second floor (without elevator) of a small building of the 40ies of the last century and it can accommodate up to 3 people. It consists of: a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a living-room, smart TV, clima, washing machine, WI-FI and balcony.
🚍Just 300 metres from the house is the stop for bus to Palermo's airport, at 500 metres is the bus stop to central station, mondello's beach and to santa Rosalia's sanctuary.
🗺️The central station is only 2 km away (15 minutes by bus or car), the harbor is only 350 m away (5 minutes walking, 8 minutes by car) and the airport is 40 km away (40 minutes by car/bus/taxi)
