Spring has sprung! With market tours booked almost every day this month, I have been hosting some of my largest groups of the year -- and every single tour is a unique experience. Sometimes it's the weather, the mood of my vibrant local market, the seasonal ingredients popping up, or the personal requests from my private groups. It's always an adventure in Palermo and I am so thankful to call something so wonderful and full of joy "a day at work".

Linda Sarris has been visiting Pantelleria since 2011 and hosts a wine tasting retreat on the island every October. She has cooked on the island for artist residencies and returns as often as possible to nurture relationships with her collaborators and friends. There's nothing quite like discovering off-the-grid destinations that aren't filled with crowds, especially in summertime. The Ionians + Echineans are NOT touristic islands, maybe you've never even heard of most of them. That's actually what we love most about it.

During this week, we will be traveling around the west coast of Greece. We’ll follow our captain's lead to plan the best route to make sure we have time for stops among the islands, dinners and drinks off of the boat, and relaxing mornings/afternoons catching some sun and enjoying “i glykiá zoí” (the sweet life) aboard your own private catamaran.

Greece is world-famous for their history, longevity, 6000 islands, and their healthy food/wine-fueled diet. Menus will feature freshly-caught seafood, great seasonal meals for vegetarian guests, feta-stuffed flakey pastries, hearty greens/grains, roasted stuffed vegetables, mountain tea refreshments, meze platters, big heaping salads, and honey-topped everything! Your Greek-American guide and Chef Linda Sarris has organized this adventure and will be onboard with you for the week. She'll keep the Cheeky cocktails flowing while preparing family meals aboard when we are at sea.
