Can Koi is located on top of a hill only 4 km away from Ibiza town and a 10 minute drive to the airport. The house is completely secluded and protected from the sounds of the airport with fantastic panoramic sea views up to Formentera.

STAFF:
• Included in the rental are two Filipino staff who are very professional and trustworthy
• They work 8 hours daily, 5.5 days per week
• They take 1.5 days off which means one entire day and one afternoon
• The days are chosen by the client
• The lady cleans the house and takes care of the laundry whilst the man will take care of the maintenance of the house. He cleans the terraces, does the shopping and prepares breakfast • He can also cook basic meals, time permitting
• The couple are more than willing to do additional work, they charge € 12- per hour and € 15- per hour from 22.00 o’clock onwards
• For a rental period from 2 weeks onwards there will be an additional cleaning lady who also works 8 hours a day, 5 days per week and is also willing to do extra work
