📍 Oggi 13 Dicembre a Palermo si festeggia Santa Lucia!!
🍽 Tutta la città ha appena consumato durante il pranzo chili e chili di riso condito nei modi più vari, insomma ha divorato le ArancinE 😁
☝🏽 Eh si, perché a Palermo l’Arancina è “fimmina”!
🔍 Ma cos’è l’Arancina? Nasce come pietanza semplice e povera, in epoca Araba, anche se il suo consumo attraversó i secoli e arricchendosi di nuovi ingredienti.
Ai tempi di Federico II, che amava trascorrere le sue giornate a Caccia, lui portava con sè queste “palle di riso” perfette per essere consumate all’aperto.
