His life is a journey between speed and patience: once a pilot, Marco left the fastest job in the world to embrace the slowest one, waiting in silence alongside the barrels of his acetaia. After an experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, he now devotes his mastery to a product that requires years of care, listening, and respect for nature’s rhythm.
✨ Fun fact: Marco says that every barrel has its own personality, just like the engines he once drove — except here, the race is measured in decades.
