I worked with Jon on my nutrition throughout my summer racing months and he taught me skills that will last me a lifetime. I now know how to fuel myself for performance sufficiently during large training blocks and leading up to race day, something that I did struggle with in the past.

Being a researcher interested in lifestyle and nutrition, and someone that has been an athlete since I was very young, I thought that I knew how to fuel to support my training. Little did I know I was under-fuelling.

I am now able to confidently maintain high levels of intensity for longer periods of time in the knowledge that I have filled the tank. I am eternally grateful for the support Jon provides.

Thank you Jon!

We're actively looking for riders to join our team for 2024. We are affiliated to British Cycling and CTT, so you can slot directly into any BC or CTT time trial without any issues.

This year, we have riders racing both Cycle Cross and XC mountain bike, up to 24hr racing too. On the road, we have riders competing in road races and crits via the BMCR (new vets racing) and BC; and time trials via the CTT.

We have a new kit order going in soon too, so you'll be looking the part for the new season too.

Interested? Drop us a message guys...

This is a page for my medieval townhouse in Le Marche, Central Italy which is available to rent.

The house is built into the village walls, basically we live inside a medieval castle if that helps you're mental picture! The house in its current shape dates back to 1756, but the foundations of the house and the seller date back over 1000 years. I’m yet to find buried treasure but I haven't given up as yet!

So the house itself has 3 bedrooms - two twins and one double, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all utilities and a dining table, a living room, a dining room with a working fire place for winter and the worlds most awesome balcony. We're facing south in the walls of the village and the views are unspoilt with a 200 degree panorama with the sea to the east and the mountains to the west. Oh, parking is a pain as cars weren’t really on the agenda when the village was built, but it is free!

I’ll be adding more info to the page each week but in the meantime please ask if you have any questions!
