Forest bathing or “shinrin-yoku” is the ancient Japanese practice of immersing oneself in nature using all five senses to promote relaxation and well-being.

It is not a hike or exercise, but a slow, mindful, and sensory-focused activity designed to lower stress, improve mental health, and boost immunity by simply appreciating the forest atmosphere.
