The grafting with oranges and lemons is a traditional technique used in the Sorrentine Peninsula to grow different citrus fruits on the same plant, taking advantage of the compatibility between species of the Citrus genus.

It involves grafting branches (scions) of orange and lemon onto a single rootstock (often bitter orange or strong lemon), creating a “mixed” tree that produces both fruits.

We invite you to visit us to admire up close the fascinating Sorrentine grafted trees.

L’innesto con arance e limoni è una tecnica tradizionale usata nella zona della Pen*sola Sorrentina per coltivare agrumi diversi sulla stessa pianta, sfruttando la compatibilità tra specie del genere Citrus.

Si tratta di innestare rami (marze) di arancio e limone su un unico portainnesto (spesso arancio amaro o limone forte), creando una pianta “mista” che produce entrambi i frutti.

Ti invitiamo a farci visitare per poter ammirare da vicino i suggestivi alberi di innesto sorrentino.
