Stanza con un letto matrimoniale in appartamento al 2° piano con ascensore, a Salerno centro di ca. 100mq a poca distanza dalla Cittadella Giudiziaria, con doppi servizi, doppi infissi, termoautonomo, parquet, terrazzino.
Altre due stanze dello stesso appartamento sono occupate da altri ospiti.
L'appartamento è dotato di vano cucina nel quale si trova cucina a gas, tavolo e sedie.
Ci sono due bagni.
Un bagno con vasca è condiviso tra tutti gli ospiti, l'altro bagno con doccia è riservato a chi prenota la stanza.
La fermata del bus di città è sotto casa.
Le stazioni di partenza e di arrivo sia ferroviaria sia per il servizio di trasporto su ruote verso Napoli e la Costiera Amalfitana, si trovano a poche centinaia di metri.
Negozi (supermercato, edicola, merceria, ferramenta, pizzerie, pasticcerie, gelaterie, fioraio) e tutti i servizi (banca, ufficio postale, poste private, tabacchino, cinema, lavanderia, parco Pinocchio per i bambini, distributore di carburante, autofficina, parcheggio pubblico e garage privato) si trovano a pochissime decine di metri dal portone d'ingresso.
Tutto il quartiere ha larghi e comodi marciapiedi per praticare footing in totale comfort.

L'appartamento è luminoso e silenzioso per la presenza dei doppi infissi.

Room with duoble bed in partment on the 2nd floor, in the center of Salerno ca. 100sqm not far from the Judiciary Citadel, with two bathrooms, double glazing, central heating, parquet, balcony.
Two other rooms of the same apartment are occupied by other guests.
The apartment has a kitchen space in which there is a gas stove, table and chairs.
There are two bathrooms.
A bathroom with bathtub is shared between all guests, the other bathroom with shower is reserved for those who book the room.
The stop for the city bus is under the house.
The stations of departure and arrival, both railway and for the transport service on wheels to Naples and the Amalfi Coast, are located a few hundred meters.
Shops (supermarket, newsagent, haberdashery, hardware, pizzerias, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, florist) and all services (bank, post office, private post office, tobacconist, cinema, laundry, Pinocchio's playground, gas station, garage, parking public and private garage) are just a few dozen meters from the entrance gate.
The whole neighborhood has wide and comfortable sidewalks to go jogging in total comfort.
