The Chianina is a native breed of the Val di Chiana in Tuscany.
Its origins are very ancient and date back to over 2000 years ago.
Its properties are remarkable: it is lean and digestible, comparable to white meat and fish, has a percentage of proteins higher than 20%, cholesterol lower than 50 mg per hectogram and a ratio between unsaturated and saturated acids higher than 1, the which is very important for the prevention of cardiovascular disease.
Our cook MatteoGoretti Eventi thus offers it in one of the many weddings that take place in our facilities.

La Chianina è una razza autoctona della Val di Chiana in Toscana.
Le sue origini sono molto antiche e risalgono a oltre 2000 anni fa.
Notevoli sono le sue proprietà: è magra e digeribile, assimilabile alle carni bianche e al pesce, ha una percentuale di proteine superiore al 20%, colesterolo inferiore ai 50 mg per etto e un rapporto tra gli acidi insaturi e saturi superiore a 1, il che è molto importante per la prevenzione delle malattie cardiovascolari.

Florence never ceases to surprise us. The Garden of Horticulture is a splendid public garden where there is the possibility to spend pleasant moments perhaps enjoying a good glass of Tuscan wine. Il Giardino is also the right place to organize a nice DIY picnic. A beach towel will suffice and that's it. The best thing will be to wait for the evening. Here you are in a paradise characterized by the largest period greenhouse in Italy, the Tepidarium del Roster, which dominates the entire garden.

Firenze non finisce mai di sorprenderci.
Il Giardino dell’Orticoltura è uno splendido giardino pubblico in cui c'è la possibilità di trascorrere piacevoli momenti magari gustando un buon bicchiere di vino toscano.
Il Giardino è il posto giusto anche per organizzare un bel picnic fai da te. Basterà un telo da mare ed il gioco è fatto. Il bello sarà aspettare la sera.
Qui siete in un paradiso caratterizzato dalla serra d’epoca più grande di Italia, il Tepidarium del Roster, che domina tutto il Giardino.
