Perfect boat for beginners as it is just the right size and can be sailed alone.
Mast, sail and exterior are in generally good condition.

Everything inside has been taken out, but the boat is ready to sail with. If you want a bit of luxury, you have to expect to spend some time fixing various things.
Preparations have been made for the installation of a toilet with a septic tank.
Water tank is included, but is not connected.

Has some parts lying around, as shown in picture(s).

What must/should be done:
- New wiring for the starboard/port/aft lights must be rewired, as well as the control panel/switch for the lights. These are mainly used when it is dark or when visibility is poor. (possibly use loose lights that you hang on the line if necessary)
- The boat takes in some water, so it will probably have to be sealed around the mast/window.
