There are places that leave a lasting impression because of their beauty. And then there are those we remember for the way they made us feel.

Maravista was born from this belief. From the idea that a holiday is not simply about where you stay, but about the way you experience it.

I’m Giovanna Villani, and with Maravista I wanted to create an experience that reflects my own way of living the Amalfi Coast: authentic, welcoming, and deeply connected to the beauty of this extraordinary place.

We didn’t create Maravista simply to offer sea-view homes. Those already existed.

We created Maravista to offer a different way of experiencing the Amalfi Coast: with more time, greater attention to detail, and a genuine local presence.

Our name brings together two elements that define this place better than anything else: the sea and the view.
But what we offer goes beyond a panorama.

Durante l’estate abbiamo avuto l’onore di avere con noi Alessandro di 🥾🌿, guida affermata e profondo conoscitore della nostra Costiera, per un Aperitalk che oggi finalmente condividiamo con voi.

Il suo legame con il territorio è viscerale: è ciò che lo ha spinto a tornare, ad amarlo e a volerlo migliorare ogni giorno 💛.

Ha portato una visione lucida e sincera: la Costiera ha un potenziale immenso, ma serve ancora tanto lavoro per valorizzarla e per restare competitiva rispetto alle destinazioni più evolute 🌍✨.
Per Alessandro è fondamentale migliorare la comunicazione tra i Comuni della Costiera, così da costruire una visione unitaria e coordinata 🤝🏘️.

Da questo nasce il suo auspicio: la creazione di una vera Destination Management Organization, capace di gestire i flussi, proteggere il territorio e migliorare la vita dei residenti 🏡💫.
«Il turismo è importante, ma tutto deve partire dal benessere di chi qui ci vive».

Abbiamo parlato anche dell’impatto dei social media sull’esperienza del viaggiatore 📱🌅 e della responsabilità di raccontare la nostra terra nel modo più autentico.

Il messaggio per le nuove generazioni è chiaro e potente:
conoscere il territorio, rispettare o, viverlo davvero 🌱.
E viaggiare tanto ✈️🧭 — perché solo così si comprende quanto possiamo ancora crescere.

Un incontro estivo che ci ha ispirati e aperto nuove prospettive.

Dopo diverse esperienze all’estero, tra Inghilterra e Australia, è tornata nel suo paese per dare vita a una realtà unica: fondere lusso e autenticità, diventando il primo concierge privato extralberghiero della Costiera.
