LONGEVITY TOUR

What if longevity was not just about living longer, but about living better?

Our Longevity Tour takes you deep into the heart of Sardinia — through Barumini, Orroli, Sadali, Seui, Ussassai, Gairo, Villagrande Strisailis, Arbatax, Baunei, Urzulei, Oliena, Mamoiada, Orgosolo, Lollove, Lula and Siniscola.

But the real journey goes beyond the roads.

This is Sardinia’s Blue Zone — a place where longevity is deeply connected to everyday life, community and tradition.

We share a table with local producers, discover the making of traditional Sardinian cheese and experience food not simply as something to eat, but as something to share.

We taste Cannonau from Jerzu, learning about a w**e deeply rooted in the territory and in the culture of Sardinia.

We sit down to make pasta by hand — an ancient tradition passed from one generation to the next, where recipes, techniques and stories are preserved through the hands of the people who make them.

And, perhaps most importantly, we experience the Sardinian way of being together: good food, good w**e, conversation, community and time.

Because maybe this is what longevity really means.

Our Dolomites Tour has officially come to an end!

A week that challenged our legs with epic climbs and demanding days, but rewarded us with unforgettable memories and incredible emotions.

From sunshine to clouds and constantly changing weather, the Dolomites showcased their extraordinary beauty, treating us to breathtaking views at every turn.

We head home with tired legs, big smiles, and memories of landscapes that will stay with us forever.

A huge thank you to everyone who shared this amazing adventure with us. We can’t wait to ride together again!

Today marks the end of the Longevity Tour: an extraordinary journey across Sardinia, from south to north, discovering places, people, and stories that reflect an authentic way of living wellness and longevity.

We crossed unique landscapes, shared meaningful experiences, met local communities, and celebrated what makes this island so special: connection with nature, movement, nutrition, relationships, and quality of life.

More than a tour, it has been a journey of energy, inspiration, and awareness.

Riding alone the spectacular Alghero-Bosa road, one of the most beautiful coast routes out there: endless sea on side, relentless climbs and curves on the other!
Here, your legs start talking straight away… and tomorrow they’ll probably be screaming!
