Lauren and Tom are spending the early spring exploring so much London and the surrounding area has to offer.

Ever since getting home from Greece, I am still looking for that perfect Greek salad here, and I’m starting to think it doesn’t exist. 😭

Did you know that when you go to Greece and order a Greek salad, it doesn’t come with lettuce? The feta is in one big chunk or large chunks, and the dressing is just simple - olive oil, salt, maybe a splash of red wine vinegar - that’s it!

We ordered a Greek salad at every single meal - lunch and dinner for two whole weeks! We couldn’t get enough of the freshest of fresh ingredients.

It’s been months and I’m still reeling from my amazing time in Greece. Dreaming about a potential trip? I can help! ⬇️
