Friwen Bonda is a small, uninhabited island located in the Dampier Strait of Raja Ampat, Indonesia, right next to its larger sister island, Pulau Friwen. It is world-renowned for hosting the Friwen Wall, one of the most famous and spectacular coral wall dive and snorkel sites in the central Raja Ampat region. 🩵🪸💚
Friwen Bonda è una piccola isola disabitata situata nello Stretto di Dampier, a Raja Ampat (Indonesia), proprio accanto alla sua isola gemella più grande, Pulau Friwen. Waringkabom, the Batanta's waterfall is a scenic set of jungle waterfalls located on Batanta Island in the Raja Ampat regency of Southwest Papua, Indonesia. The island features a pair of main waterfalls tucked deep within the rainforest. The first (lower) waterfall is about 10 meters high with a natural pool, reached via an easy 20-minute hike. The second (upper) waterfall is much taller (estimated up to 30 to 80 meters) and offers a more challenging trek. 💚🌳🏞️
Waringkabom, la cascata di Batanta, è un suggestivo complesso di cascate immerse nella giungla, situato sull'isola di Batanta, nella reggenza di Raja Ampat (Papua sud-occidentale, Indonesia). L'isola ospita due cascate principali celate nel cuore della foresta pluviale. La prima cascata (quella inferiore) è alta circa 10 metri e presenta una piscina naturale; è raggiungibile con una facile escursione di 20 minuti. La seconda cascata (quella superiore) è molto più alta (con un'altezza stimata tra i 30 e gli 80 metri) e richiede un percorso più impegnativo. 💚🌳🏞️

The coconut crab (Birgus latro), also known as the robber crab, is the largest terrestrial arthropod on Earth. Although it belongs to the hermit crab family, as an adult it loses its protective shell and its abdomen hardens. It grows very slowly and can live up to 60 years. It inhabits tropical regions of the Pacific Ocean, often on remote islands. While famous for cracking open coconuts with its claws, its diet includes fruit, seeds, carrion and occasionally small animals or birds. It is called the robber crab because it is attracted to shiny or metallic objects—such as cutlery or bowls—which it often drags into its burrows. 🦀🐚

Kri island, Pulau Dua, Batanta, Raja Ampat. 🩵🪸 The name "Kri" was popularized by one of Raja Ampat's first resort owners, Max Ammer, who used it as the name of his first resort, Kri Eco Resort. The original and unique "Kri Island" is a very small island near Batanta Island. Due to a mistake made by guests, most people now call incorrectly the island "Mansuar Kecil," that's means little Mansuwar, as "Kri Island." 😁🤙🏻

Pulau Roti, true name Pulau Koh, near Mansuwar island, in Raja Ampat, is a very tiny island that's gets its name from its shape, which looks like a loaf of bread ("roti" means bread in Indonesian, "pulau" means island). Features fine white sand beaches and clear blue water. Great for relaxing at the surface interval stop, swimming and enjoying the quiet shade under coastal trees. 🧜🏻‍♀️🏝
Pulau Roti, il cui vero nome è Pulau Koh, situata vicino all'isola di Mansuwar nell'arcipelago di Raja Ampat, è una piccolissima isola che deve il suo nome alla forma simile a una pagnotta ("roti" significa pane in indonesiano, mentre "pulau" significa isola). È caratterizzata da spiagge di sabbia bianca finissima e acque limpide e azzurre; è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi durante l'intervallo di superficie, nuotare e godersi la quiete all'ombra degli alberi lungo la costa.
