We walked through frescoed rooms, hidden staircases and terraces with a view that deserved a little extra time. Then came the w**e tasting, guided by a sommelier.
A beautiful setting, of course, but also a venue with character, atmosphere and plenty of possibilities for future groups.

Yesterday in and around Florence, checking spaces, timings and a few very good tables for upcoming programmes.
Palazzo Capponi, Tenuta Torciano, Tuscany Adventures, 25hours and Cibreo — five very different stops and plenty of ideas already taking shape.

Site inspections mean walking every space, asking a lot of questions and seeing what the photos don’t tell you. And yes, tasting the food is part of the job.

The event didn’t begin at the table. It began in the courtyard.

A red carpet. Drums on either side. Flags moving above the guests, with Palazzo Corsini framing the whole scene.

The arrival lasted only a few minutes, but it set the tone for the evening. People stopped, looked up and knew immediately this was not going to be an ordinary dinner.

Late summer in Italy has its own pace.

Lunch runs a little longer. Dinner moves outdoors. And what looked like a small detail in the programme often becomes the story everyone takes home.

When we design an incentive, we don’t try to fill every minute. We choose the right places, open a few doors and leave enough time for people to enjoy being there.

Sometimes the best moments are the ones we don’t have to plan.

Yesterday, part of our team stopped for a while to watch the eclipse from Spain and Italy — two different viewpoints, one extraordinary sky.

A small break before the summer holidays, and a good reminder that some experiences simply deserve our full attention.

We explored the spaces, tested the food experience and started imagining how this setting could come to life for our next groups: long tables at sunset, local flavours, warm lighting and an atmosphere that feels elegant without being formal.

From a garden dinner overlooking the water at Lido Bianco, to a hands-on cooking class and lunch in a traditional masseria with local products, up to a scooter tour through the area and a private lunch inside a trullo in Alberobello.

Venice looks different when experienced from the water.

For this experience, we guided our guests through a city that is not simply visited, but truly absorbed — through reflections, hidden landings, art, and the kind of details that stay with you.

An itinerary designed around the balance between discovery and conviviality: the timeless charm of the lagoon, the ritual of a spritz, the simple pleasure of Venetian bacari, and that uniquely Venetian feeling of letting the water set the pace.

𝗛𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗲, 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.

After a private tour of the Valley of the Temples, our guests enjoyed a farewell dinner by the beach in Sicily, overlooking the breathtaking Scala dei Turchi.

A setting that did not need much more: beautiful scenery, warm hospitality, live music, elegant details and the pleasure of sharing one last evening together in a truly unforgettable atmosphere.
