Affitto una stanza grande con internet, un letto matrimoniale, un armadio, comodino, una scrivania e balcone.
E' disponibile anche un'altra stanza molto grande con due letti singoli o letto matrimoniale
E’ a 10, 15 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Pietro e puoi arrivare a Campo de Fiori o a trastevere con 10 15 minuti con l’autobus. La strada è una traversa di via Gregorio VII.
La fermata della metro A è a 5 minuti a piedi: fermata Valle Aurelia.
Ben collegata con autobus anche notturni!
C’è una cucina e due bagni condivisi, entrambi sono puliti e in ottime condizioni. Nella cucina c’è abbastanza spazio per cucinare e mangiare in comodità. Abbiamo una lavastoviglie e una lavatrice.
Un edificio di distanza abbiamo 2 supermercati, una palestra, un ufficio postale, e abbiamo diverse banche nelle vicinanze.
La zona è molto bella, tranquilla e sicura !! Anche di notte!
Dall’appartamento abbiamo a 5 minuti un mercato di frutta fresca, carne e pesce, diversi ristoranti non turistici, tavola calda, e bar.
A 10 minuti a piedi abbiamo il famoso parco di Villa Pamphilli, ottimo per corse o passeggiate.
Il prezzo è 500 al mese con SPESE GIA' INCLUSE la singola. Oppure 650 al mese la doppia con le spese già incluse (325 a persona)
Disponibile anche per periodi molto brevi...

We rent a big bright room with internet, a double bed, closet, a desk and balcony.
An other bigger room with 2 single beds or double bed is also available. (the double room)
It is 10, 15 mins walking from Saint Peter's Basilica and you can get in Campo de fiori or Trastevere or Piazza Venezia with a 10-15 mins bus drive. The street is a side street of Via Gregorio VII.
The metro line A is 5 minutes walking: stop Valle Aurelia.
Well connected also with buses also at night.
There are 2 shared toilets.Both clean and in good conditions.
The kitchen is also big enough to cook and eat comfortably.There is a machine for cleaning the plates and a washing machine for the clothes.
One building away we have 2 supermarkets, a gym, a post office, banks.
Very nice, quiet and safe area !!! Even at night!
The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from a typical fresh fruit market, good local-non turistic restaurants and tavola calda, bars.
10 minutes walking from the famous park Villa Pamphilli.
