Roberto makes his own bread each month (sometimes twice a month). He makes about 20 small loaves, freezes most, gives some to friends and family, and once they are finished he makes them all over again. I got to spend the entire morning with him, watching, learning, (and eating of course) ♥️

I come to Sicily all the time and usually fly, we wanted to try something different this time 😅 I guess we were unlucky because of the earthquake, but if it had gone according to plan we would of had a nice sleep on the train and then woken up in Sicily. We have return tickets for the same train ride so let’s hope that one goes better!
