🚨 Attention, Rome visitors! 🚨 On May 31st, 2026, the Giro D’Italia grand finale will fill the streets with excitement, but it also means road closures throughout the city. If you’re heading to the airport that morning, prepare for potential transfer delays.
‼️⚠️The final stage in Rome of the Giro d’Italia will be divided into two parts. It will start from EUR, with cyclists heading towards the coastline and then to Ostia. From there, they will return to EUR before entering the city center (including Viale Baccelli, Via di San Gregorio, Via dei Fori Imperiali, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, Lungotevere dei Tebaldi) following a circuit of 9.5 km with the finish line at the Circus Maximus, completing eight laps.
🛴Also, heads up: all electric rental scooters must now have a license plate and wearing helmets is mandatory! The authorities are strictly enforcing this, so don’t get caught with a fine. Stay informed and enjoy your trip! 🇮🇹✨
