Sono conservati in questa sala del Museo Barracco alcuni esemplari di arte etrusca e fenicia che arricchiscono il quadro didascalico elaborato da Giovanni Barracco per la formazione della sua raccolta sulle antiche civiltà fiorite intorno al bacino del Mediterraneo.

🇬🇧 The first bridges were built by the Romans with wood to be able to quickly put them out of use in case of war. Among them the Sublicio bridge (so called because made of planks, in Latin "sublicae") that maintained these characteristics throughout the empire period. Later the bridges were made of stone ... why? How? What's their story? An exciting walk together along the Tiber!

🇮🇹 I primi ponti furono costruiti dai romani in legno per poterli mettere rapidamente fuori uso in caso di guerra. Tra di essi il ponte Sublicio (cosiddetto perché fatto di tavole, in latino sublicae) che mantenne queste caratteristiche per tutto il periodo dell’impero. Successivamente i ponti sono stati realizzati in pietra... perchè? Come? Qual'è la loro storia? Una entusiasmante passeggiata insieme lungo le rive del Tevere!

Not far from Rome, in the family-friendly farm “Paolo Peverini”, located in Massa D'albe (AQ), on the slopes of Monte Velino, we‘ll organize meetings for the recognition of wild herbs and how approach the animals!
During these days will be shown properties, uses and benefits for our health of herbs that grow wherever there is a little bit of☀️!
We‘ll plant seeds in the garden and ... come into contact horses and other friendly animals, ready to know all children!

🇮🇹 Preparat! Andremo a scoprire la natura e imparare a conoscerla! A poco più di mezz’ora da Roma, insieme all’azienda agricola sociale biologica Paolo Peverini, situata a Massa D’albe(AQ), alle pendici del Monte Velino, organizzeremo anche nei prossimi weekend incontri per il riconoscimento di erbe spontanee e l’avvicinamento agli animali. Durante queste giornate di identificazione verranno illustrate proprietà, usi e benefici per la nostra salute di erbe che vediamo crescere dovunque ci sia un po’ di ☀️! Pianteremo semi nell’orto e... non mancherà il contatto con cavalli e ad altri simpatici animali, pronti ad avvicinare tutti i bambini!
