Emanuele was extremely responsive with SMSs, fast and informative with facts. We communicated in advance and also when we had questions during the stay (about the keys, wifi…). Everything in the flat worked perfectly. The place is clean, nicely decorated, very spacious, neighbours are very friendly, the house has a safe car parking behind the gate. It is in the vicinity to Olympic stadiums and Foro Italico. The flat is in walking distance to trams and busses (from Piazza Manzini) and public transport is very convenient (15mins) to Piazza del Popolo (Flaminio). We would be very happy to stay in Emanuele’s flat again.

Emanuele, You were very kind! And you always gave us a quick respond. Your place is very interesting and clean! Which is quite important for us..after a crowded and smoked day in Rome centre arrive to your place was awesome!..you can go for a walk along the river! And see a lot of green :) The only missing thing was to had the opportunity to meet you and be able to ask you the history of the place and talk a little bit..it would be very nice! Emanuele is a wonderful host - punctual, easy to communicate with and very helpful. The room and the private bathroom are perfect: spacious, very clean, and bright. The apartment is very comfortable, beautiful and quiet, situated in a nice, green area of Rome with a good connection to public transport for the centre of the city. Everything was perfect and I would definitely be staying here again during my next visit to Rome. (Natasha)
