Who's missing that traditional coffee in Rome? Whether it's from the hotel window with a wonderful view or from one of the cafes dotted around the city.
However, drinking coffee in Italy is a short pleasure, unlike our long conversations savouring this wonderful drink. Also the inhabitants of the capital drink their small espresso several times a day and preferably standing at the bar of a café, elbowing each other with strangers. So, the act of sitting is not worth it for these two little sips of coffee.
But, you need a meeting point for a good coffee, if you are looking for a quiet place where you can spend your moments even just in the company of a good steaming cup; if you are just a real deep lover of the drink, who does not disdain one at any time of the day, you will find cafes scattered around the corners and squares of Rome, where it is possible to admire its beauty, its culture and its history.

Rome is also a vibrant and lively city and there is no better way to discover it than by visiting the Campo de Fiori market, right in the centre and a short walk from Piazza Navona. It is indeed a great place to enjoy the smell of fresh produce and admire the bright colours.

Every morning (except Sunday) there is a market for fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. Although it is very popular with tourists because it is located in the historical centre of Rome, this small market has managed to retain all its authenticity.

It is the perfect place if you want to bring home high quality products from Italy. Moreover, it is much cheaper than the tourist areas of Rome!

At night, the fruit and vegetable stalls give way to crowded restaurants and young people, who meet here and then go to nearby bars.

Rome has the largest historical centre in the world, and over the years it has changed a lot, both in its flow of tourists and in the best areas to stay. However, you will find accommodation of all kinds in various areas of the city.

On our last trip we stayed in Rome for 7 days and at some point of our stay there we walked around the city, getting to know every point of its beautiful history and architecture. Rome is also beautiful at night, you will see the monuments in focus, always illuminated.
