🥰A very special experience for our very special guests during our Treasures of Florence (Women-Only Edition) small group trip.

Taking in the beauty of Florence from this unique angle was truly spectacular!

We got to experience the Arno River in historic Florentine boats which move by a long pole used to push off the bottom, like in Venice.

Views from 📍Montepulciano- NOT off-the-beaten-path but worth a visit while staying at one of the hidden gems nearby!

The best way to do it? 🤔

✨Stay at an agriturismo with stunning countryside views and a restaurant on site then spend your days exploring villages like Montepulciano in your car rental or with a hired driver.

🍷🧀But don’t forget to also visit wineries, scenic stops, natural hot springs, and cheese farms!

Cortona overload. ☀️ Actually, you can’t overload on Cortona. Every day here is magic for the soul.

I spent my 3 days in Cortona seeing old friends, climbing familiar hills, indulging in delicious food, and discovering new artisan shops!

We have two groups of guests heading to Cortona this year so far and I can’t wait to share my freshly-updated insight.

Views in order of appearance:

1. A stroll through the hamlet where we stay in a Palazzo that the same family has lived in for over 500 years (and they’re hosting us!) 😍

2. The view from one side of the winery where we linger over lunch and get a little slap happy 😆🍷

4. Hiking through a chestnut forest before attending the chestnut festival in town!🌰

Imagine staying in a palazzo where you’re hosted by the same family that has been living there for over 500 years 🤯
