The villa was built shortly after 1500, that's certified by a crest above the entrance, and was enlarged in 1900 for family needs, has finally undergone an extensive renovation around 7 years ago (2006). The inner surface is 1500m ^ 2 split on 3 levels with high-quality furnishings. On the ground floor there is a spacious lobby, a reading room, a games room with billiards and table football, a lou
nge, with fireplace and music playback for idock system, connected to a large dining room also with fireplace, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with breakfast room and a laundry. A private chapel consecrated completes the ground floor which can be opened only in case guests rent it with the intent of getting married. On the first floor there are 11 rooms, 2master bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, one with bo***ir, walk in closet and bathroom with hot tub, a double room with en-suite bathroom and other 8 rooms (2 single rooms, 4 double rooms, 2 master) for every two of which there is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms with 1 very big bathroom with whirlpool bath. A small fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a flat-screen tv, dvd player, digital terrestrial, a grand piano and fireplace complete the first floor. One of the rooms has a private terrace with views of the garden front and rear. On the second floor there are other 4 rooms (3 master, 1 single room) and two bathrooms, one with shower. Complete the floor a wide and sunny terrace with views over the surrounding area, Lucca's mountains, fields, Gello, San Giuliano Terme and the garden. The exterior has a surface of 6000m ^ 2, the back of the garden has access via electric gate and walk to the car park and the garden, very shady, can accommodate up to 10-15 cars if parked herringbone. An intermediate area adjacent to the indoor game room features a lounge outside where guests can relax and read, nearby there is a large garage with bike (various sizes) for guests and a ping pong table. Moving on to the front garden there is a large gravel area where generally we place outdoor table for dinner and two small barbeque, which will soon be replaced with a large barbecue for reasons of simplification, delimit the area which continues into the garden lemons pot, continuing in the garden you will find a variety of trees, a swing and after a few metres the swimming pool (12 x 8 with depth from 1.20 m to 3 m) there is a path that connects the House to the pool but you can reach it also strolling in the Park, the swimming pool area features sun loungers for guests, umbrellas and a small house with kitchen, fridge, dining table and chairs, a dressing room where towels are provided for our guests and a bathroom with hot shower, outside there'is a cold shower. Behind the pool and next are respectively a tennis courts with lighting, if guests want to play at night, and a soccer field. With regard to the needs of our guests we are ready to provide them home cook/s and cleaner/s for the duration of their stay (or for some days as they wish), also babysitting, personal trainer, yoga teacher etc. I am and I remain at yout disposal 24/7, I speak English almost mother tongue, French at a medium/high level, basic Chinese and I understand and can speak a little of Spanish.
