🧗 One of the things that makes sport climbing work for groups is that the routes are right next to each other. The complete beginner and the experienced climber can both be on the rock at the same time, at their own level, in the same place.

🧗 Multi-pitch climbing on the Pale di San Martino sounds technical. In practice, your guide does the technical part — leading each pitch, placing protection, setting the anchors. You follow, focus on the movement, and look up occasionally at the fact that you're on a Dolomite rock face with nothing below you for several hundred metres.
