The landscape you admire has been shaped by generations of caring hands.

Mountain farmers have preserved the cultural landscape of Odles Slow Dolomites for centuries. They tend alpine meadows, maintain historic farms and keep local traditions alive with dedication, patience and deep respect for nature.

Their work creates the scenery we enjoy today—and ensures that future generations will experience these valleys just as authentically.

In the heart of Lüsen, the Natural Bathing Pond offers a peaceful place to cool down, surrounded by meadows, mountain slopes and the quiet rhythm of nature.

The water is naturally purified through carefully designed planting and filter zones, without the need for chemical additives. Fed by springs from the surrounding mountains, it is wonderfully clear, soft and pleasantly cool.
After a swim, there is plenty of space to slow down on the spacious sunbathing lawns, beneath the trees or beside the water. Families can enjoy the gently sloping shore and a small water slide, while nature remains at the heart of the experience.
Make the most of the opportunity for a refreshing dip before the bathing pond closes again for the season.

Some traditions are not only passed down – they are lived, one game at a time.

In South Tyrol, "Watten" is far more than a card game. Around the table, generations meet to laugh, challenge one another and enjoy each other's company. With its own rules, special terms like "Guater" and "Rechter", and a touch of playful bluffing, every round tells a story of local culture and community.

Whether enjoyed after a mountain hike, during a traditional Marende, or at village festivals, "Watten" has long been part of everyday life in the valleys of Odles Slow Dolomites.

Sometimes, the best way to discover a place is simply to sit down at the table and join the game.
