Die Villa ist ein Haus für Menschen, die ein waches Auge für die Natur haben, die unkompliziert und kreativ sind. Eine Sammlung botanischer Raritäten im Garten wurde von Constantin Polastri zusammengetragen und von Wohnungen aus zugänglich. Es stehen zwei 3-Zimmer Wohnungen zur Verfügung und

Some of you may have already read the newsletter – the Villa d'Artisti is up for sale. A new chapter begins for me. After many years of experimenting and struggling for solutions, I've taken this decision. I inherited a difficult inheritance. In 2009, my father said on his deathbed: Sell it. I didn't listen to him, but invested everything in this house ever since, and I was always alone. It wasn't legally possible to sell it anyway, as I learned later. Despite the difficulties, which never stopped except for one year, this has become a place that has given me everything, where I could immerse myself in the slow pace of nature to heal my soul. I was able to devote myself to guests, to meditation and Qi Gong, to natural nutrition, to watching plants grow, and to share this experience. Now I hope that this house will find its way into good hands, because it has a lot of potential and stands on solid ground. I could easily imagine a buyer's association, as there are three apartments and a practice room that could also be used as a residence. The garden is beautiful and filled with rare botanicals. Rainwater is collected, and wastewater is treated, providing water for the whole garden. The house stands on an unspoiled hill in the greenest valley of Sanremo. Open views of the sea and beautiful places surround the house. The highway roars by in the distance in the valley.

Disponiamo di riscaldamento centrale e nell’appartamento Ginestra c’è anche una stufa a legna. La primavera inizia già alla fine di febbraio, quando c’e il Festival di Sanremo.
