My dear friend Carolyn at Bar Dante Alighieri in Radda in Chianti has written a wonderful book about her life from England to Italy. It is a story filled with humor and love both for her husband, Francesco, and the Bar Dante, that is now a fixture in Radda. Hello Everyone ! Thanks for stopping by. My lovely villa in San Sano is available through the COVID crisis. The apartment is independent with its own private stair, balcony and entrance. I have a private area outside near the vineyard with a bar b que that can be enjoyed without others around. The village has a year round population of about 60 people, so staying 3 meters apart is very easy to do !! We try to keep a few days in between guests arrival and departure. A deep and sanitizing cleaning takes place in between each guests use. Come, relax and enjoy your time away and forget COVID while you enjoy the surrounding beauty that Tuscany has to offer!

Great aerial view of San Sano. You can see our pool on the left hand side tucked into the corner of our vineyard. The apartment villa is just steps through our garden from the pool to the right.
If you look very close towards the center in the open street, you will see a Yellow Car. It is parked at my front door. As you can note, there is one road in the village going in and out. It is very quite and safe.
