Job Opening: Booking Assistant (Maternity Cover) - Bike & Bike Srl

We are Bike & Bike Srl, a dynamic Bike Tour Operator, looking for a Booking Assistant to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company, with a strong possibility of permanent employment at the end of the maternity cover period.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) with a certified language level of B2 or higher.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Precision and attention to detail.
Preferred Requirements (Will be a plus):
Familiarity with major IT systems and management software.
Experience or knowledge in using newsletter applications (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
Proficiency in using website creation platforms (e.g., Weebly, WordPress, etc.).
Knowledge and use of software for creating maps and GPS itineraries for cycling or experience with bike travel (cycling tourism).
