🎁 Sometimes our guests arrive with more than just their luggage…

One of the most rewarding parts of hosting at Sant’Alessio Seaside is meeting people from different places and having the opportunity to make their time in Sicily feel a little bit like home.

And every now and then, something completely unexpected happens: a guest brings me a gift. ❤️

It is absolutely never expected or necessary — having you choose to stay with us is already more than enough. But I have to admit, every time it happens, I’m genuinely touched.

Whether it’s something from your hometown, a little souvenir, or simply a thoughtful gesture, I feel incredibly honored that you chose to bring a little piece of your home to mine.

So, to the guests who have surprised me with these thoughtful gestures: thank you. You really made my day. 🥰

The town is stepping up its efforts to beautify the lungomare and get the beach ready for prime time! New palm trees were just planted today! 🌴🌴🌴

We’re not sure why it takes so long to move sand around on the beach, but at least something is happening!!! ❤️🌈

After a long absence from posting, here we are again with some good news! What took less than a second to destroy is not finally restored (after 4 months 🫣). The town of Sant’Alessio is working to restore the beach for the summer and the weather feels like summer is on our doorsteps! ☀️

We still have some space in the second half of August, so come stay with us!
