Our holiday house is elegantly furnished and welcomes its guests in a relaxed setting. All the rooms have bathroom with shower or bath, toilet, sink and bidet,hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning with heat pump individually controlled, bad linen, towels and bathroom amenities. On the second floor there are four bedrooms with private bathroom and one kitchen equipped with espresso machine and

other accessories. On the first floor there are five rooms:
a game room for adults and children, a kitchen equipped with espresso machine and other accessories, a cinema room with 3D Blu-ray and 5.1 channel surround sound system, Blu-ray video library and a wine cellar with Sicilian wines, a fitness room with exercise equipment, 1 billiard room with top 220 x 110 cm and accessories to play Snooker Blue, wet bar, a bathroom,and a utility room ( with washing machine, iron and ironing board). The owner lives on the ground floor. He is custodian and maintainer, which provides continuing assistance to customers. The entire house is fenced and has inside a swimming pool 5 x 10 meters and a small plot of land used for growing seasonal vegetables for a domestic use. The Villa is located on the slopes of Etna in a strategic position, because it is only 5 km distant from Acireale, 9 km from seaside resorts of Stazzo and Pozzillo (cliff), 15 km from Etna Park, 7 km from Zafferana, 20 km from Catania and 34 km from Taormina. Our home produces and uses alternative Energy (solar power). The house is located in Santa Venerina, a town with about 8400 inhabitants in an area of 19 square kilometers. The altitude is 337 meters above the sea level. Santa Venerina is known for its famous spirits, and sweets exported all over the world. Nearby there is Zafferana, country renowned for the production of honey. Santa Venerina also borders Acireale, a town of the Baroque, known for the famous Carnival and the Faraglioni of Acitrezza.
