FOOD AND WINE IN OUR APENNINES
WHAT IS A BERLENGO?
The berlengo is a species of very thin and crispy crepe prepared from a slurry extremely simple (it is a typical poor food), water-based (or milk), flour, salt and sometimes even eggs: this mixture is said glue . The traditional filling, said pesto consists of a mixture of lard, garlic and rosemary, along with a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano. Borlengo uses very hot and folded into four parts.

From 11 to 23 "The Many Faces of berlengo" restaurateurs and retailers will make you enjoy one of our strengths with gourmet recipes and different ways.In all the bars opportunity to enjoy hot chocolate, punch and mulled wine in the cups from the collection of the "Nativity of Fanano 2014-2015".From 17.30 "Waiting for the Nativity and Christmas" Lighting of Victory Square and the lights along the streets of the town.18 Hours "Children meet Santa Claus" Under the tree of Victory Square will feature our house at Christmas time. Children will deliver their letters to our Santa Claus will make a small tribute greedy.
At 19.30 "0536" in concert. The rock of our group will be performing at Victory Square wowing the evening with his sound.
8 December:

MONTE CIMONE GOLF CLUB

The Monte Cimone Golf Club was founded in the shadow of Monte Cimone summer of 2003, hosted by a beautiful green area, in a landscape untouched.
And 'in fact a place in the mountains, away from the smog and traffic. A valley almost "magical", also ideal for families who wish to spend a few days to clean air.
In 2005 were the first open 3 holes, in the year 2007, work was completed on 3 more holes and in 2009 the route was finished with 9 holes.
