Chef Brian Magliochette is the founder of CB Culinary Services, a private-chef venture based in Pittsburgh that he launched in 2017 after over a decade as an executive chef with The Cheesecake Factory. A graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, Brian began his culinary journey in his grandmothers’ kitchens and honed his skills at Monterey Bay Fish Grotto, where he developed a love for fine dining and seafood. Today, he crafts seasonal, farm-to-table experiences across Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, partnering with venues like Barn With Inn and Sarah Miller House and drawing on his Italian heritage to create original, locally sourced menus.

"In 1904, our grandfather, Luigi DiTrapano, emigrated to West Virginia from Sezze Romano, Italy. In 1932 he purchased Villa DiTrapano where our olives are grown. We dedicate our delicious olive oil to him.
Our olives are exclusively from Itrana, Frantoio, and Leccino olive trees grown on and near our estate in the Lepini mountains. We first began producing our small-batch, extra virgin olive oil in 2015. After being harvested, the olives are cold-pressed within 48 hours. This is a process that uses no heat or chemicals ensuring maximum quality.
Our olive oil has a robust, fruity flavor with a hint of sea salt and a peppery finish. A flavor that can only be produced by the olives in this region."
