IL BUON GOVERNO
🇮🇹 Mi piace pensare che non sia un caso che il ciclo di affreschi del “Buono e cattivo governo” sia in restauro proprio adesso, in questo preciso momento storico.
Forse e’ il tempo migliore per dare nuova vita a questi colori e a questi soggetti, che dal 1338 ci ricordano quanto sia importante la consapevolezza di guidare un popolo, una città, una nazione…
Forse e’ il tempo migliore per far brillare e risplendere questo incredibile e attualissimo manifesto politico, che non ha tempo, ne’ spazio.
Forse e’ il tempo migliore per ricordare a tutti che per abitare questo mondo e vivere in armonia servono pace, forza d’animo, giustizia, saggezza, altruismo, temperanza, concordia, prudenza e preghiera, in ogni sua forma, perché nessuno sia soggiogato dal suo stesso “fratello”.
Ambrogio Lorenzetti traspose nella pittura concetti semplici, talvolta banali, per indicarci sempre, in ogni ambito, la retta via, per ricordarci sempre di essere dalla parte dei giusti , dei più deboli e degli indifesi.
Fate tesoro del passato per vivere nel presente e nel futuro.
Solo così saremo liberi e sicuri su questa terra, solo così la “luce divina” arriverà in ogni dove.

Perhaps it is the best time to make this incredible political manifesto shine and shine, which has no time or space.
Perhaps it is the best time to remind everyone that to inhabit this world and live in harmony, you need peace, fortitude, justice, wisdom, altruism, temperance, harmony, prudence and prayer, in all its forms, so that no one is subjugated from his own "brother".
Ambrogio Lorenzetti transposed simple and banal concepts into painting, to show us, the right path, to always remind us to be on the side of the just, the weakest and the defenseless.
We must learn from the past to live the present and the future.
