Great apartment in lovely location

Highly recommend this really great apartment with lots of lovely touches (including slippers, v nice welcome back, large shower gel and moisturiser and washing machine tablets) in a lovely well maintained development, with a super swimming pool. We really enjoyed our week stay and Deborah was very helpful (she doesn't speak English but I got to practice my Italian!). The apartment is in a lovely development (full of very tanned Italians!) in a great area with nice restaurants in walking distance and about a 10 minute walk from the lake. The kitchen/living area is quite small so it may be a little tight for 4 people but it was perfect for us with a 1 year old. Great sized bathroom although no shower but our baby was very happy to sit in the shower for her "bath". Deborah also provided an excellent travel cot with a proper comfy mattress (which is very rare) and a good strap on high chair. The apartment also has plastic plates, bowls and spoons so is very well set up for toddlers and young kids. Highly recommend the apartment and location!

Highly recommended apartment close to Lake Garda.
Left on Aug 26, 2017 for a stay in Aug 2017
We were met by Deborah the apartment owner who gave us a full tour of the apartment (which has a security alarm), the underground garage and store room. In the store room there were 4 sunbeds and 4 bikes (which we used a few times, once to cycle into Sirmione). The apartment has everything you need for your holiday and the owner left us a bottle of wine (of our choosing from their wine fridge), butter, milk, pasta, pasta sauce, olive oil and crackers along with a good supply of dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, coffee pods, sugar, jam and toothbrushes, toothpaste and cotton buds should you need them. We used the larger balcony overlooking the pool all the time. The smaller balcony was handy to set up the clothes airer to dry our clothes. The pool was lovely. We had our own parasol (they are already set up around the pool) & space for our sunbeds. Our daughters loved the pool and there is a life guard there everyday from 10am to 6pm with a break for lunch. You can swim outside these times though. As we had a hire car and made use of the bikes we didn't really walk anywhere, but it would probably take you 10 minutes to walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and the supermarket is a bit further. We can particularly recommend Caffetteria Pasticceria La Fenice which has a lovely garden overlooking the lake & serves delicious milk shakes, Il Ciclone and Green Beach restaurants. To sum up, we had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend this apartment.

Mariella Montemartini, terza generazione di vignaioli, conduce da sola la sua piccola Azienda. Vino autentico coltivato in modo rigorosamente naturale con vinificazioni tradizionali. Un grande esempio di qualità per tutto l'Oltepò.
